Customer satisfaction is   a primary interest of MDG Srl. The Customer can therefore exercise his right of withdrawal not only according to the principles dictated by current legislation and in full compliance with the same but also by taking advantage of further advantages and facilities specifically defined by the Company  itself  . In fact, MDG Srl has established that the costs for returning the Products delivered in the Italian territory  are to be borne exclusively by it . Just contact us by email at ecommerce@mdgcold.com and we will take care of organizing the collection of the products by courier, at the shipping address.  Simple, easy and free .

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract stipulated with MDG Srl on the website  www.mdgcold.com , without any penalty and without specifying the reason,  within 30 working days  starting from the day of receipt of the Products.

The Customer who  purchased in Italy  will then be able to return, at the  expense of the Company , the Products purchased within thirty (30) days of their delivery, provided they have not been even partially used, and the Company undertakes to  refund  the sums already paid by the Customer in the shortest possible time and in any case within the term of thirty (30) days from the date on which it received back the goods returned by the Customer.

The Customer must return the Products intact and unused, not even partially, to the Company in their original packaging, and in the external package carefully opened and then closed or in a new package made by the same, suitable for transport, closed and not accessible, delivering them to the express courier within thirty (30) working days of their receipt. In this way, the return shipping costs remain  the sole responsibility of the Company .

The Customer undertakes to deliver the package, suitably prepared, to the courier and to notify the Company of the withdrawal by sending an email to the address ecommerce@mdgcold.com within the same term of 30 working days.

If the delivery of the Products has taken place outside the Italian territory , the costs necessary for returning the purchased Products remain the responsibility of the Customer. For more information about the return methods, the Company invites the Customer to contact the same at the e-mail address ecommerce@mdgcold.com.
If the withdrawal is exercised by the Customer according to the terms and methods described above, the Company undertakes to reimburse, on the credit card used for payment or through Paypal, the sums already paid by the same Customer in the shortest possible time and in any case within the maximum term of thirty (30) days from the date on which he received the returned products as described above. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid, but may request, at his own expense, the return of the Products in the state in which they were received. delivered to the Company. The Company will contact the Customer, by email,
